At CDP Business Hub, we aim to provide quality products and services and ensure that customers understand what they are purchasing before completing payment.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been successfully delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical problem preventing you from accessing a purchased digital product, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist you.
2. Custom Designs & Services
Custom services, including graphic design, marketing services, social media services and other personalised services, may not be refundable once work has commenced.
This is because time and resources may already have been allocated to the project.
Where revisions are included in the purchased service, the customer may request revisions within the applicable revision period.
3. Business Directory Listings
Payments for business directory listings and promotional exposure are generally non-refundable once the listing or promotional service has been created, published or commenced.
Customers should ensure that all business information supplied to CDP Business Hub is accurate before publication.
4. Subscription & Monthly Services
For recurring or monthly services, customers may request cancellation before the next billing or service period begins.
Cancellation of a service does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for a period that has already been paid for or has already commenced.
5. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
Where work has not yet started, CDP Business Hub may, at its discretion, consider a cancellation and refund, subject to any applicable payment processing fees or other costs already incurred.
Once work has commenced, a refund may not be available.
6. Cancellation by CDP Business Hub
CDP Business Hub reserves the right to cancel a service where:
- The customer provides misleading or fraudulent information.
- The service is used for unlawful purposes.
- The customer behaves abusively towards staff or service providers.
- Required information or cooperation is repeatedly not provided.
- The requested service cannot reasonably be provided.
Where appropriate, any refund will be considered based on the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Incorrect Purchases
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product or service description before purchasing.
Purchasing the incorrect product or service does not automatically qualify for a refund.
8. Technical Problems
If a customer experiences a technical problem with a digital product or service, CDP Business Hub will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the problem.
9. Refund Requests
All refund requests should include:
- Customer name
- Order or invoice number
- Product or service purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Each request will be reviewed according to this policy and the circumstances of the purchase.
Important: Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit any rights that a customer may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
